The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.broadcom.com\/products\/product.php?product_id=BCM2040\">BCM2040<\/a> is an all-in-one bluetooth keyboard\/mouse solution.  Connect it to a plain &#8216;ol keyboard matrix and hey-presto you have a bluetooth keyboard.  I&#8217;m thinking about attempting to mod my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.handykey.com\/\">twiddler chord keyboard<\/a> into a bluetooth device using one of these, if I can get my hands on them.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst on the subject of hardware, I notice that the Microchip PIC range now includes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.microchip.com\/ParamChartSearch\/chart.aspx?branchID=111&#038;mid=10&#038;lang=en&#038;pageId=74\">a couple of devices<\/a> with USB support.   This is cool because it means that it&#8217;ll be relatively easy to make my soon-to-be-built keyboard foot pedals into a USB device.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I like all-in-one chips.
