It's the Java front-end (and Eclipse plugin) to the Forge bounded verification tool. It has the "unsound and incomplete but useful in practice" feature. It's only slightly incomplete -- a false alarm is extremely rare. And counterexamples are given as complete traces of the procedure. It uses it's own specification language that is different (and I think significantly more concise and expressive) than JML.
