Like you I run a gentoo flavour of a 2.6 kernel; I see you and Andre Freitas made a good job and the driver is working. Though I have not been able to find your code on CVS. I have a sort of keynux laptop clone with a webcam with that chip in the chassis; would you please send me your code or the patches to the 2.4 code?
