		<description>Now that's weird. I usually think I agree with pretty much everything Andrew ever says, but:
 - I find that almost &lt;em&gt;everything&lt;/em&gt; is more complicated than people make it out to be, and
 - I can't remember ever encountering a knowledge hoarder.
Hmmm. I worry this means I may have entirely the wrong mindset and be part of the problem&#8482;.

On the plus side, as usual the Andy blog leads to hours of reading of interesting stuff. This time I 've been hooked on Joel Spolsky and am going through the mountain of articles one by one. I think I've probably seen the odd one before and nodded and then moved on - but it would appear that he's consistently worth reading.
